Ordering Information:
All made babies come with weighted limbs, head, and body to feel like a real baby. Weighted with fine glass beads and Polly fill. All babies come with atleast one outfit/sleeper of my choice, blanket, and COA. Babies may come home with more items, please read listing details. Babies may or may not come with outfits or props in photos. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct, I can only ship to the address on your PayPal if you’re paying with PayPal. Please make sure your address is correct. I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. All payments made are nonrefundable. Once your reborn baby doll is shipped it is out of my control. I will not do a refund if a doll is “lost in the mail”. That would have to be taken up with the shipping company. PURCHASES OF CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER DOLLS) By purchasing a custom made-to-order doll from Vanessa George, Snuggle Bug Reborns, you, the buyer, understand that you are purchasing an art service which will not begin until payment has been made in full. All payment installments made towards the purchase of the service (painting/rooting of the doll) are nonrefundable. Completed dolls shown that are listed as a custom made-to-order doll are examples of my work and not completed dolls available for purchase. Once payment for the art service has been made in full, I, Vanessa George reserve the right to take up to 30 business days to paint and/or root the doll. The doll will then be shipped to the buyer upon completions.… By purchasing a custom made-to-order doll Vanessa George, Snuggle Bug Reborns, you, the buyer, agree to allot Vanessa George 30 business days to complete the art services to create the doll and understand that the doll created will not be identical to any photo or example shown as all dolls are handmade and original works of art. Therefore, Vanessa George is not responsible for buyer’s remorse nor claims filed “not as described” as all dolls will have slight imperfections and differences. All custom made-to-order dolls including payment installments made towards custom made-to-order dolls are non-returnable, non-refundable, all sales final.
