Jeff sculpted by Harley Rose and painted/rooted by master reborn artist Lilly Putz. I do have pets, however my reborns are never exposed to them. Jeff is a preemie and is 18 inches and fits in preemie sized clothes. He is rooted with super soft brown hair that looks and feels so real. His painting is amazing with lots of high end detail including: mottling, veining, creasing, blushed, blue undertones, milia, gloss, tipped and manicured nails, rooted eyelashes, capillaries, and matte varnish.
