– Customers are required to make a down payment of at least 50% of the total purchase price at the time of initiating the layaway.

– Customers must make regular payments towards the remaining balance within the 30-day period.

– The final payment must be made by the end of the 30-day period.

• Cancellation Policy:

– If a customer chooses to cancel the layaway, the initial down payment is non-refundable.

– Items will only be released to the customer upon full payment of the remaining balance.

• Item Availability:

– Items placed on layaway will be held for the customer until the end of the 30-day period.

– If full payment is not received by the end of the period, the item will be returned to the store inventory.
